Proceeding with a booking implies acceptance of our terms and conditions without the need for a signed contract agreement. A contract will be established as soon as you make a deposit payment to us (or full payment, as applicable).
The “Flying Dress Experience” referred to herein is the duration from when you are picked up from an agreed location before the flight and dropped off at an agreed location after the experience.
Rates
Our rates are primarily quoted in EUR (Euro) and USD (US Dollars). However, prices in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) are available upon request. Prices may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of Flying Dress Dubai.
Payment Terms
Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures the Flying Dress Experience date and time, as well as the pricing, as of the date of deposit payment. Failure to make the required deposit may result in price changes at the discretion of Flying Dress Dubai, and the Flying Dress Experience date and time will not be secured. The remaining payment is due in cash on the day of the flight.
Transportation
Packages that include pick-up and drop-off are limited to hotels and residences within the emirate of Dubai. Pick-up locations outside of Dubai may incur additional transportation charges. Alternatively, you may arrange a meeting point within Dubai to avoid these extra charges. Prior permission must be obtained from us for the transportation of any person or item not related to the Flying Dress Experience.
Consumption of food and drink (except water) in our vehicles is prohibited.
While we make every effort to provide child seats, availability and suitability for your child’s age are not guaranteed.
Vehicles may be equipped with dashcam technology for recording purposes related to legal, insurance, and training matters.
Customers with mobility concerns must inform us when booking to assess if accommodations can be made. Depending on the disability, a private booking may be necessary. We reserve the right to decline bookings from customers with disabilities due to safety considerations.
Cancellation/Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Due to the extensive organization involved, a strict non-refund policy is enforced in case of customer cancellations, regardless of reason or notice.
Late arrival will result in a deduction from the allocated time for the Flying Dress Experience.
We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances preventing participation in the scheduled experience. We can provide evidence to your insurance company if needed.
In the event of inclement weather before pick-up, an alternate booking date will be offered, with a partial refund of the deposit (50%) if mutual availabilities don’t match. If weather conditions prohibit the experience after pick-up, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
If you choose to proceed with the booking despite weather warnings, you assume responsibility for any consequences, and full payment will be required.
No refunds will be given for delays, curtailments, or alterations resulting from any cause, including severe weather conditions.
Child Presence
In the presence of children (0 to 12 years old), an additional fee will apply for the “add your kids” add-on, regardless of their participation in the experience.
Alcohol and Drugs
Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited according to local law. Guests suspected of being under the influence may be denied access to the experience without refund, at the discretion of the guide.
Payment via Visa or MasterCard
Customers under the age of 18 are prohibited from making transactions on the website. The cardholder must retain transaction records and adhere to merchant policies and rules. Disputes shall be governed by UAE law. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments online, with refunds processed through the original payment method. Services will not be provided to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Photo Delivery
Your pictures will be delivered in JPEG format via an online link. Additional charges apply for RAW file requests. In group bookings, all photos will be delivered in one folder.
For packages including editing, photo references must be communicated before the deadline provided by Flying Dress Dubai. Edits requested after the deadline will incur additional charges.
Editing services are based on standard requirements and cannot be customized. Turnaround time for edits is within 1 month of receiving your selection. Once shared, you have 48 hours to download the content, after which it will be deleted. Edited photos will be kept in our archive for 6 months, with retrieval incurring a fee.
Copyright
By booking, you agree to the use of likeness of all individuals photographed during the Flying Dress Experience. Flying Dress Dubai retains exclusive copyright for all images and prohibits their use for professional display, profit, or commercial purposes without written permission. Shared images must remain unaltered with proper credit provided.
Release of Liability
While we strive to ensure passenger safety, we accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or death during the Flying Dress Experience. All personal effects are at your own risk.
Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness. Pregnant individuals assume full responsibility for any related injuries or damages and absolve Flying Dress Dubai of liability.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from bookings with us shall be governed by UAE law.
By booking the Flying Dress Experience, you and your companions confirm understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
